Rose Sherry Stupp, Operations Manager

Professional Experience:

As the Operations Manager for Mike Surprenant & Associates, Rose brings
considerable skill and experience to the task of Project Management, tracking all
our projects from inception through design phase, and to completion.

Client contracts are prepared under Rose’s purview, initiating sound client communication that carries through the life of each project, including client-engineer liaison and accounts receivable functions.

To support the interaction of individual clients with our office personnel, Rose provides a client point-of-contact that allows for quick answers to questions such as project timeframe and on-going project status and enhances a smooth process of communication directly between the client and the client’s engineer/draftsman.

An Administrative project database allows Rose immediate access to project history and client contacts (client-related contacts such as Architect, Contractor, etc.).  The Database, updated daily, helps to ensure timely client response efforts.
